Riding
Lessons
My "Babysitting Disclaimer" :O)
- Please understand we are not a childcare facility. We will
gladly give scheduled lessons, but no students are ever to
be dropped off. Parents must remain with children at all times.
Please schedule lessons accordingly. Unattended horses and
children are a dangerous combination.
We are primarily an English riding facility
(you guessed it, no "handle" -horn- on the saddle).
However, we do offer Western saddles for young students or
beginners and will move you to an English saddle once you
have your "Horse Legs".
All lessons (except on lunge-line and beginners)
include bringing the horse in, grooming, tacking up, riding
instruction, a short ride on the trails or in the fields to
cool-down, un-tacking, grooming and horse treats. Horse hugs
are optional but highly recommended
